March shipped. Here’s everything.
Hey everyone, Greg here. Welcome to ThimbleHub’s The Thread, and welcome to ThimbleHub.
You’ll get a short update from me regularly on what we shipped, what we’re thinking, and what’s next. Here’s March’s recap.
Latest Updates
Analytics: New Reports, More Visibility
Acquisition by channel, churn by cohort, product-level performance, MRR movement, and projected rebills. All filterable, all inside ThimblePortal.
ThimbleCart is Smarter, and Yours to Configure
Dozens of settings, fully manageable from your admin dashboard. Server-side analytics hashing, bundle and upsell management, step flow control, and more. No more reaching out to us every time you want to make a change. We’re still here if you need us, but you probably won’t.
Treatment Tracking & Dosage Visibility
Every encounter now records what was requested and what was actually prescribed. If a provider prescribes something different, the system fires an alert immediately with a direct link to investigate. Smart matching handles brand names, compounded generics, and common abbreviations. For GLP-1 medications, full dosage progression is tracked shipment by shipment. Patients see their current medication and dosage front and center. No confusion, no digging.
Email Logs, Template Editing, More Granular Control
Better visibility into every email sent through the platform, and a much cleaner experience for editing templates directly. We’ve also added 12+ additional touch points you can directly manage for more granular control. Your patients see only what you want them to see. Less digging, fewer surprises.
WHAT’S NEXT
On the roadmap.
More portal redesigns in the pipeline. Continued analytics improvements. Smarter product management. We’re building fast and shipping every week.
Email me suggestions →We tried to think of an April Fool’s joke for this, but the ones we liked got shut down by legal and the ones legal liked got shut down by us. Happy April 1st anyway. Talk next week. Greg
