THE THREAD #2April 20, 2026

A clearer April inside ThimblePortal.

Hey, Greg here.

April has been focused on making the platform easier to operate day to day: better intake handling, cleaner provider workflows, stronger email visibility, and more useful operational insight when your team needs answers.

Here’s what we’ve been shipping.

PRODUCT

More Control Over Intake

Intake is now much easier for teams to manage when patients submit more than once. Your staff can compare submissions, merge them, mark the active one, link them to the right patient, and review intake history in one place. We also expanded treatment tracking, dosage visibility, mismatch alerts, and search across prescriptions, leads, and provider encounters, so it’s faster to see what’s happening and take action.

Latest Updates

Cleaner Provider Workflows

All four provider pages now share a more consistent layout, stronger structure, better search, and better visibility into provider-side activity, including MDI and pharmacy-related workflows.

Better Email Visibility and Brand Control

We added email delivery status visibility, bounce and complaint alerts, verified custom domains in outgoing emails, and more flexibility around transactional email management.

More Operational Insight

Webhook History is now available in the admin for pharmacy and payments, with improved logging and longer retention. When your team needs to understand what happened, the context is easier to find.

Dosage Routing Reimagined

We shipped a robust dosage routing system that allows for per provider per product customizable rules. Any information you collect on intake forms or afterwards can be used to dictate the dosage that will get sent to your doctor network and/or pharmacy.

UNDER THE HOOD

Quiet but substantial groundwork.

April also included substantial work across payments, provider sync, pharmacy routing, observability, and data protection. That means cleaner handoffs between systems, better visibility for your team, and a more complete operational picture inside the platform. A substantial Version 2 of our public API is also underway, focused on unlocking the headless capabilities of our technology for teams that want to build more directly on top of ThimblePortal.
